By downloading, installing, or using OBD Scan Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

🔧 Service Description

OBD Scan Pro is a vehicle diagnostics application that connects to ELM327 OBD-II adapters via WiFi or Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to read diagnostic data from your vehicle. The app provides diagnostic trouble code (DTC) reading, live sensor data, AI-powered analysis, and scan report generation.

The app is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional vehicle inspection or repair by a certified mechanic.

🚗 Vehicle Disclaimer

OBD Scan Pro reads data directly from your vehicle's OBD-II system. While we strive for accuracy, diagnostic data interpretation may vary by vehicle make, model, and year. You acknowledge that:

• Diagnostic results are for informational purposes only
• AI analysis provides suggestions, not definitive diagnoses
• Always consult a qualified mechanic before making repairs based on diagnostic data
• The app does not modify or alter any vehicle systems or settings

💳 Subscriptions

OBD Scan Pro offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features:

• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly
• Annual Plan: Billed annually

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

OBD Scan Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to damages arising from vehicle repairs, misinterpretation of diagnostic data, or reliance on AI-generated analysis.

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

🔄 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the app or on this page. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
